Default Wimbledon 2008 and 2009 match statistics and analysis

I am one of those who strongly oppose any form of gamesmanship in tennis. Although Rafael Nadal has often been warned for time violation, nobody could actually put a finger on just how often this occurred. In order to assess to what extent Rafa may or may not be guilty of time delaying tactics, I wrote a program to record the time to serve of both players in the 2008 Wimbledon final, and again for the 2009 final. These are summarized, with a typical graph shown below.

Nadal's Time To Serve for the Wimbledon 2008 Final, time limit 25 seconds

I am fully aware that not everyone will agree with my conclusions and suggested changes to some of the ATP tennis rules (notably the 25 second time limit and injury timeouts), but I would like to know what you think.
