Default Will Rafael Nadal overcome his problems with his knees?

It was an unfortunate turn of events in the first quarter final of the Australian Open 2010 between Andy Murray and Rafael Nadal. Once more the beaten body of Rafa did not hold up and he had to get treatment and eventually retire due to a bad right knee.

It's the second time he had to give up against Andy Murray (first was in Rotterdam 2009) and no one knows what is exactly the problem this time. Tendonitis which is cronic or something else? Whatever it may be the point here is that his confidence cannot grow if he can't be sure that his body can take it. He has been talking about his growing confidence the past few weeks but now it seems all of it has gone down the drain.

Do you think he will overcome all the serious knee problems he has in this young age or not?

Is he capable to be one of the best if the condition with his knees will remain for the rest of his career?
